The aim of the bachelor's thesis was to design worksheets for the field of flower seller – florist, which should serve as a teaching aid for teaching the subject of vocational training and the subject of floristry. The theoretical part is focused on using various written sources during the teaching process. It explains the meaning and characteristics of the field of floristry and the basic division of teaching aids. In the practical part, I dealt with designing teaching aids (worksheets), their creation, use and contribution to professional training and recommendations for pedagogical practice, which will serve not only to pupils, but also teachers. In the application part, the aim was to carry out qualitative pedagogical research (structured interview) based on the use of worksheets in practice with three respondents from the subjects of floristry and professional training. The result was an analysis and comparison of the interviews based on the questions for the teachers.

The topic of the bachelor's thesis is "Perception of evaluation of pupils by teachers in vocational training at selected secondary schools in JMK". The main goal is to find out, describe and interpret how vocational training teachers perceive and implement the evaluation of selected secondary school pupils in South-Moravian region. The theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to the assessment of pupils in general and is focused on defining the meaning and various functions of assessment, goals, types, and the most common forms of assessment. The space here is dedicated to for the explanation of secondary school assessment in vocational training, which is essential for the practical part of the work, focusing on how vocational training teachers perceive and implement the assessment of pupils in selected secondary schools. It is implemented using a questionnaire survey, where the results are summarized and discussed in conclusion.
Professional training of pre-service teachers of biology in the field of scientific skills

In many cases, understanding the nature and validity of information presented on the basis of scientific knowledge is essential for application in contemporary society. Similarly, in line with the rapidly developing fields of science, technology and engineering, it is necessary to have enough competent people prepared to work in these areas. Consequently, scientific skills appear to be an essential component of scientific literacy, the development of which is the focus of pupil education in many countries. Teachers' attitudes towards the importance of scientific skills play a crucial role in pupils' education, as perceptions of their importance are the starting point for conveying their relevance to pupils and subsequently for their development. It is also important that teachers feel competent enough to teach these skills. A prerequisite for this is that they receive good and sufficient preparation in teacher education. The aim of the research was to characterize the professional training of biology teachers in the field of scientific skills. This thesis deals with professional preparation, evaluation of advantages and disadvantages of teaching profession, and professional perspectives. The aim of the work is a comprehensive study describing the professional preparation of future preschool teachers at the level of secondary and higher education, and the interpretation of data obtained by research. The thesis has a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part deals with the definition of basic concepts related to professional training, professional perspectives and teaching profession. The practical part is aimed at acquiring and interpreting attitudes, assessing the professional preparation and professional perspectives of pupils and students. A questionnaire was used to analyze the data obtained. Part of the work is also the interpretation of results, recommendations for practical training and overall conclusion. Further education of secondary school pedagogic workers in the Central Bohemia region

The present thesis focuses on further education of pedagogical personnel at high schools in Central Bohemia Region. The aim of this thesis is to explore, whether the teaching staff continue with their education. The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is split into two chapters which offer definitions of key words and explain the basic terms closely related to further education of pedagogical personnel. The following chapter describes the implementation of further education of pedagogical personnel, educational methods and tools. The theoretical part also deals with gaining financial sources for further education. The practical part of the thesis is split into two chapters employing the method of questionnaire survey which was sent to the teaching staff in the Central Bohemia Region. This method was used to explore the motivation of pedagogical personnel to continue their education, and to monitor the conditions for their education. In the conclusion, the thesis adverts to several recommendations arising from the questionnaire survey.
Transit programs implemented within a two-year practical school study

In my thesis I focused on the transition from school to work in people with mental disabilities. I describe the basic terminological definition of mental disability. Furthermore, the thesis describes the division and characteristics of individual levels of mental disability. This is followed by a description of the period of adolescence, which is closely related to this important shift in life, the vocational training of young people with mental disabilities, the transition from school to work itself and an important description of the transit program. The aim of the thesis is to focus on the course of work integration of people with mental disabilities. The target group therefore consists of those clients who are visiting the program now. The practical part of the thesis starts with stating the goals. In the following subchapters, the methodology chosen follows. According to an interview with employees and clients, I wrote the course of the transit program and focused on their benefit. I see the transit program as a specific program that has a valid place in open civil society.
